Dr Nick Stafford is a psychiatrist, writer and photographer living in the UK. He works for the National Health Service (NHS) in the Midlands and has published books and articles on mood disorders and mental wellbeing in the workplace. He is an experienced amateur photographer, having won awards and published artistic work with the late Lord Lichfield. He has an interest in spirituality and publishes books related to various faiths and spiritual topics. He studies the sacred architecture of the Gothic Cathedrals of Europe, in particular the mediaeval Lichfield Cathedral of St Chad in the heart of England.
